Avocado Milkshake

It’s a smooth, nutritious shake made with just three ingredients: ripe avocado, milk, and sugar. Avocado flesh has a smooth texture, so it doesn’t need ice cream to make a creamy milkshake.

Dates Milkshake

To start, blend together 10 seedless dates in a blender. 3 cup chilled milk and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder To make a smooth milkshake, combine all of the ingredients in a blender. For a rich texture, add ice cream or ice cubes.

Dragon Fruit Milkshake

We split the fruit in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon before mixing the pulp, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender.
